RETURNS POLICY
We gladly accept returns of defective merchandise or of items that were shipped in error; i.e., if we goofed up your order and sent the wrong thing, we'll make it right.
The following conditions apply to returns of defective products:
A defective item may be returned for exchange within 15 days of our ship date to you. Item must be returned with all original packaging and shipping documents. NO COD's will be accepted. Shipping costs are not refundable (of course shipping is always free at Square W). Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returned merchandise unless it was our mistake. Square W cannot be responsible for returned items that are "lost in the mail" so we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. Items will be refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed.
We try to be reasonable and fair -- so please always feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns not covered above. Be sure to include a phone number and the best time to reach you so we can address your concerns more quickly. Our e-mail address is square.w@comcast.net. If all else fails, follow the shipping instructions on the packing slip that came with the product.
WARRANTY
We guarantee all products to be free from manufacturing defects. Defective products must be returned within the 15 day return period and as described in the returns policy above. Certain products may be covered by a manufacturers guarantee or warranty. If so, information on that guarantee/warranty will be included with the shipping documents. For claims filed under the manufacturer's guarantee/warranty, follow the instructions contained in the guarantee/warranty.
