RETURNS POLICY
We gladly accept returns of defective merchandise or of items that were shipped in error; i.e., if we goofed up your order and sent the wrong thing, we'll make it right.
The following policy applies to returns of defective products or if we shipped the wrong product: A defective item may be returned for exchange within 15 days of our ship date to you. Item must be returned with all original packaging and shipping documents (if any were included in your shipment). NO COD's will be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returned merchandise unless it was our mistake. Square W cannot be responsible for returned items that are "lost in the mail" so we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. Refunds, either partial or full, will be made to the same credit card (or PayPal) with which the order was originally placed.
The following policy applies to all other returns: If you wish to return an item please send an e-mail requesting an RMA number. When you request an RMA number please provide the complete shipping address to which the product was originally sent. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges on all returned merchandise. Although shipping charges are not added to your purchase price when you place an order, the actual cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund. We also assess a modest handling and restocking fee of $6.00 for all returned items. Square W cannot be responsible for returned items that are "lost in the mail" so we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. Items will be refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed.

WARRANTY
We guarantee all products to be free from manufacturing defects. Defective products must be returned within the 15 day return period and as described in the returns policy above. Certain products may be covered by a manufacturers guarantee or warranty. If so, information on that guarantee/warranty will be included with the shipping documents. For claims filed under the manufacturer's guarantee/warranty, follow the instructions contained in the guarantee/warranty.
